Our show has built community in our neighborhood of Kingsbridge and the greater Bronx. We had fundraiser screenings at the An Beal Bocht Café in Riverdale. Our series poster hangs framed proudly at Tibbetts Diner, next to Nick’s cash register. Murtaugh, the owner of the Irish Coffee Shop in Yonkers, proudly wears a Ditty tee and donates raffle prizes in the form of tasty Irish breakfasts, at our events. The Imperial Pharmacy, home to our Covid testing protocols, always steps up with a gift card raffle donation. These small businesses give back to our show as we have given unto them- positive energy attracts goodness. We are grateful for our community that keeps urging us on to write and produce more of COVID Ditty. For what is truly local becomes truly universal.
